WORKOUT
| Nostalgic Music and Rhythmic Moves. You're encouraged to do the exercises that you can perform without straining yourself. It's your choice to slow down at any time, but try to keep the cardio going by moving to the music at your pace.
MOVEMENTS
| Stimulate the circulation. Our variety of moves and music is invigorating, but we like to spice things up too, so Requests Are Welcome. That's right! Tell us what you want. Incorporating some of "your personal favorite dance moves and music" is an added measure of good time.
Email us your song and/or dance move request along with your confirmation and we will see if it fits the program. Requests must be submitted at least two days before the class date. PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee it will be included in the program.

The virtual experience allows you to workout with or without others alongside you.
CLASS LOCATION

You can participate from the comfort and privacy of your HOME, or maybe a beautiful PARK that offers fresh air and wide open space. Where you workout is totally up to you.
GUESS INSTRUCTORS & SPEAKERS

- Guest Fitness Professionals
are periodically invited to host a class teaching their specialization such as Zumba, Pilates, etc.
- Guest Health/Fitness Speakers
are invited to give Talk Back sessions where RHYTHM participants develop an understanding of how other disciplines of health & fitness connect with their activity of RHYTHM Exercise.
